At Capella Flavors, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers within the food and beverage industry. Due to the consumable nature of our flavor concentrates, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and factory-sealed products to ensure maximum quality control.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened flavor concentrates.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the sealed bottles in a secure box with adequate padding to prevent leakage or breakage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any shipping fees.
